Ernest Goes To Jail...Again

Not good news for those of you hoping that Ernie would return from exile to hit the road in the near future, as Jambands.com had this to report on the other Red Headed Stranger.....

The Jambands.com news staff is disheartened to share news from Albany TV Station WNYT regarding Trey Anastasio. The station is reporting that a Washington County's drug court ordered the guitarist to spend three days in jail last week. The NewsChannel 13 story explains, "A participant in drug court can be sanctioned and sent to jail for a number of reasons, including failing to show up for the program, showing up intoxicated or failing a court-ordered drug test." At present, Anastasio has not announced any touring or recording plans for the coming year.
