Forgot to post this yesterday, but looks like our pal Ernie has been offered a plea deal by the Washington County District Attorny. The terms of the deal are as follows....
"Anastasio would likely appear in Washington County court that day if he agrees to plead guilty to fifth-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance and go through a drug court program" (via Glen Falls Post Star)
