The All-TIME 100 Albums

Who doesn't love a good music list? Well the fine folks over at Time (always a place I go to first for cd reviews) has thrown their hat into the ring putting together their All-TIME 100 Albums - it's broken up by decade with a blurb about each album and is pretty much what you'd expect from such a list.

My question is how can they get away with putting Bob Marley's Legend on their list - how can a greatest hits album even be considered?
