I wouldn't get too excited though. First off whoever put this together should have consulted spell check before trying to pass this off they spelt Worcester wrong - it doesn't have an 'h' there buddy. Second off come on anyone with a scanner and some letterhead can easily do something like this. In fact when I worked on an MTV show called High School Stories: Scandals, Pranks & Controversies we did a story on this similar prank involving a fake letter....
In June 2000, two seniors made more than 600 copies of the school's master key and mailed it to other students along with a bogus letter from the principal. The school spent $100,000 to change all its locks and threatened to call the F.B.I. That's when the students confessed. They were fined $1,250, required to do 200 hours of public service and denied the right to take part in graduation ceremonies.
Pretty clever huh.
